Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of easynametag (the "service"). By creating an account or placing an order, you agree to them. Please read them alongside our Privacy Policy.

The service

easynametag lets you design event name badges from your attendee data and order them printed and shipped to you. The editor is free to use; you pay only the per-badge price (plus any add-ons and shipping) when you place a print order. There is no subscription.

Your account

You're responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

Orders, proofs & payment

• Prices are shown at checkout. Payment is collected through our payment provider when you place an order.
• You are responsible for reviewing the digital proof. Production begins once you approve the proof, and we can't make changes after approval.
• Because badges are printed to order with your data, orders are generally non-refundable once in production, except where the product is defective or we made an error. Contact us and we'll make it right.
• Delivery timelines are estimates and depend on the shipping option chosen.

Your content

You keep ownership of the attendee data, artwork, logos and other content you upload ("your content"). You grant us a limited license to use it only to provide the service, design, proof, print and ship your order. You represent that you have the right to use that content and that it doesn't infringe anyone's rights or break the law.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service to produce content that is unlawful, infringing, hateful, deceptive, or that misrepresents identity or credentials. We may refuse or cancel orders that violate these terms.

AI-generated designs

Our AI designer can generate badge layouts and artwork from your prompt or reference. You are responsible for reviewing AI output before ordering and for ensuring it's appropriate and doesn't infringe third-party rights.

Intellectual property

The service, including our software, templates, branding and site, belongs to us. These terms don't grant you any rights to our brand except as needed to use the service.

Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service or an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Changes

We may update these terms; we'll revise the "last updated" date and, for material changes, give notice. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
